A: PhaseFlow is currently a Google Sheets-based automation that connects to your Garmin data and sends you daily training guidance via email. The pilot program helps us refine it before building a full app.
Q: How do you get my Garmin data?
A: You’ll share read-only access to your Garmin Connect account. We only pull HRV, Body Battery, training load, and cycle tracking data. Your data is private and secure.
Q: Do I need to track my cycle in Garmin?
A: It helps, but it’s not required. You can manually input your cycle phase, or we can estimate based on your symptoms and HRV patterns.
Q: What if I don’t have Hashimoto’s but have another thyroid condition?
A: The pilot is specifically for Hashimoto’s/hypothyroidism, but join the waitlist—we may expand to other conditions in the future.
Q: How much will PhaseFlow cost after the pilot?
